Placing an Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We accept all major credit cards, online store credit and gift cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders.
Promotions and Discounts
You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order.
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to sale items. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments at this time.
All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date and store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Online Return Process
To return an online order via mail, place your prepaid label on the return package along with the original invoice, securely seal it and drop it off at your nearest USPS store.
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse.
NORA cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
